Three partners with decades of operating experience. The technical foundation built underneath us. Industries we have run, deployed for businesses that need to operate inside them.
Each partner brings a distinct discipline: executive leadership and transformation; client, competitive and market intelligence; and technology and product strategy. Together, those perspectives allow Finish Line Partners to move from strategy through implementation and operating outcome.

We have lived the problems our technology and advisory work are designed to solve.
Our experience spans enterprise leadership, operations, client success, competitive intelligence, technology, product strategy, transformation and company building. That lived experience shapes how we design technology, evaluate opportunities and turn ideas into outcomes.
Long-cycle execution at scale. Each of us has built things that ran in production for years, not pilots that ended at the demo. We know the difference between a launch and a system that holds up.
Financial services and fintech fluency. Banking, payments, capital markets, real estate, title, fintech entrepreneurship. The regulated, complex, slow-to-trust corners of the economy where most consultants get stuck.
Hands-on operating posture. None of us hand off and disappear. The work that matters is the work that lives inside operations, and we stay close to it until it does.
Operators who do, not just operators who advise. We have built and operated the same kind of systems we sell. We know what it takes to make them work because we have done it ourselves.
Industries listed below reflect domains where the partners have operated directly, not domains we have read about. Other industries are considered case-by-case.
Or operating somewhere else and wondering if the experience translates. Tell us what you are working on.
